At Drysdale Bowling and Croquet Club we aim to make your special occasion a fun and memorable time for you and your guests. Birthdays, engagements, family reunions, corporate functions and Christmas breakups are just some of the popular events we have hosted at the club.

We offer you and your guests modern and clean facilities with access to our first class bowling and croquet greens.

The following information will help you to plan your event at Drysdale Bowling and Croquet Club.

The Norma Mortimer Club House

The Norma Mortimer club house is spacious and capable of comfortably seating up to 120 guests for meals. The rooms are both air conditioned and heated, making the Drysdale Bowling and Croquet Club your ideal venue year round.

The club has generous off-street car parking facilities, and safe street parking is also available.

Bar Facilities

Drysdale Bowling and Croquet Club has a well-stocked bar (including no and low alcohol choices) at exceptional prices. If you have any special needs, please discuss them with us and we will do our best to meet them.

Kitchen

The kitchen has recently had an upgrade and is set up as a commercial kitchen for all your catering needs. Discuss with us your catering requirements.

Bowling Greens

Barefoot bowlers are most welcome! We will supply all essential equipment (bowls, mats and kitties). We can even have a couple of experienced members on hand to get you started. To protect the greens, only flat soled shoes (no heels or treads) can be worn, otherwise enjoy the freedom of going barefoot!

Our greens are open from late August to late May.

Entertainment

The Club provides a PA system (speakers in lounge, bar and over the greens) with a  stereo attached. Listen to music on the radio or bring your iPod device / smart phone etc. to listen to your playlists. We have also had many successful functions that hired a small band for entertainment.

Payments

We accept cash, cheques and EFT. Please note that credit card facilities are not available
